Financial Supervisory Board

Under the jurisdiction of the current laws, all the public service companies must have a Financial Supervisory Board. Its members review the annual business plans and approve the execution of those plans. The members are chosen by the owners, among them the Cultural Ministry. The registry court registers its formation.
